The screen turned black when you opened a plan in the Roomle planner webapp?
There are a few steps which could help you to solve this problem:
- Restart your browser.
- Try another browser. We recommend using Chrome.
- Make sure the latest driver version for your graphic card is installed.
- Verify whether webGL is enabled on your device and browser using the following link: http://webglreport.com/. At least webGL 1 should be green.
- In Chrome browser, enter the command: chrome://gpu/ in the navigation bar and hit enter. Is hardware acceleration activated for canvas? Are there any errors mentioned?
- You can test the following link whether the screen is black on similar content. https://files.unity3d.com/marcot/tanks/
- Please open the developer console of Chrome? Are there any errors logged? Can you share a screenshot of the console with us?
