Step 1 - Product defintion & data collection
Each Roomle digitalization project starts with the collection of visualization and order-relevant data sets and information of your brand products. Share product images, dimensions, material swatches with our team and define all product options in detail so we can reproduce products with incredible quality. If applicable, please share your 3D product data in order to speed and make the data creation process as efficient as possible.
- Product definition
In order to configure simple and complex furniture products and programs live in 3D and showcase hundreds of product variations and combinations we ask you to define all product options, configuration rules as well as article number and the price calculation logic. Our content project managers will guide you through the process and grant you access to the Roomle product definition template.
- 3D data requirements & format
Provide us with existing 3D product models based on our 3D asset format requirements & specifications.
- Material image defintion
Provide us with material images and / or color codes based on the Roomle specifications.
- Product reference image definition
Provide us with product reference images that highlight and showcase your products from different perspectives. We ask you to follow our guidelines below as close as possible in order to achieve the best product visualization results for your brand products.
Step 2 - Data Evaluation
The Roomle team reviews your data and product definition and streamlines all data together with you as part of the project kick-off. Based on your products and customization options we design and recommend the best configuration shopper experience via all platforms and devices.
Step 3 - Content production
After a successful data evaluation phase and project kick-off Roomle starts setting up digital twins incl. order-relevant data for your defined brand products.
Step 4 - Streamlined Content Approval
We use an intuitive project tool to simplify communication and reduce time spent in the review and during the production process. During every step of the project you have full transparent access to the production status of your products, test environment and approval status of your brand portfolio.
